The Crown Inn is a family-run free house pub and hotel in Church Enstone, Oxfordshire, located between Chipping Norton and Woodstock. It has been welcoming guests for over 300 years and sits in the heart of the Cotswolds.

The bar is open Monday to Sunday, 8:30am to 11pm. The restaurant serves lunch Monday to Saturday 12pm to 2:30pm and dinner 6pm to 9pm. On Sundays, lunch is served 12pm to 3pm and dinner 6pm to 8pm. A bar snack menu is available throughout the day.

Yes. There are five individually decorated en-suite rooms and a cottage with a studio, all named after local villages and hamlets. All rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, Freeview TV and breakfast. Rooms are finished to a high standard with luxurious beds and stylish bathrooms.

The five rooms are the Fulwell Room, Cleveley Room, Heythrop Room, Great Tew Room and Lidstone Room. There is also The Cottage, which includes a studio.

Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure.

There is a minimum two-night stay at weekends across all rooms. The Cottage has a minimum two-night stay at all times.

Yes. Dogs are welcome in the Lidstone Room and The Cottage. A dog bed and bowl are provided. There is an additional charge of £10 per stay. Staff can also provide maps for local walks directly from the pub.

Due to the age and layout of the building, The Crown Inn is unfortunately unable to offer disabled access. Guests with personal requirements are encouraged to get in touch before booking.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full cost of the booking. The Crown Inn reserves the right to cancel bookings with 4 weeks' notice.
